Frequently Asked Questions

There are no prerequisites to sign up for any of the courses. You must be at least 18 years old when you complete the course. There is no upper age limit. The course is very user friendly.
Yes, you must have a B2 level (Common European Framework) in the English language.
Depending on the course that you purchase you will need to take tests and assignments. The 40 and 60 hour course will have two tests, a grammar and final test. The 120 hour and 150 hour course will have a grammar and final test and assignments to be completed during the course. Those assignments need to be sent to your trainer. The trainer will grade them and send you feedback on your work usually within 5 working days.
Once you have selected your course and made payment you will need to complete the registration form, during which you will create a username and password. Once this is completed you will be able to login at the homepage of our website and access the course 7 days a week 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.
